Job Description Semi-Skilled Engineer
Reporting to Workshop manager
Working hours 40 hours per week
Purpose of Role To support the workshop with servicing and repairs to agricultural machinery
Salary Competitive salary

 

No previous experience of agricultural machinery necessary, training available.  Ideally you will already have experience of working as an engineer or technician in machinery, plant or on vehicles.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the engineers and workshop with deliveries, services and repairs to agricultural machinery both in the workshop and out on site
  • Using hand held electronic software to input job card data and daily risk assessments
  • Completing Pre-delivery inspections after training
  • Undertaking training to develop skills and gain knowledge on new products

  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Interest in agricultural machinery
