Kubota Service Excellence – Gold Standard Award
The awards, which are assessed and presented every two years by Kubota UK, are based on dealer equipment, facilities, commitment to training and, most importantly, customer service. The Kubota customer satisfaction survey is submitted to customers after every product sold and is used to rate the service department of every Kubota dealer.
This prestigious award is measured against a strict measuring system across various measuring tools including customer satisfaction surveys, mechanical and technical training and workshop / service facilities.
Rigorous Training
By working closely with Kubota and attending regular training events at Kubota’s purpose-built Training Centre, dealer service teams acquire the necessary skills, processes and qualifications needed to reach the highest standard of service, maintenance and after sales support.
